okay, so my sunglasses are bottega veneta, but whatever (it's all gucci group). the song is in my head, especially since i got back. vegas might not have exactly been on acid either...or maybe it was?

one could, in fact, consider the town one giant mirage. it's definitely a strange, paranormal, cross-section of excess, luxury, and manipulation (my favorite things). it's a little cliche, but to contemplate the randomness of an international destination rising in the middle of the desert in nevada is about as big of a phenomenon as well...an international destination rising in the middle of an orange grove in central florida. but it happens.

don't really want to dwell too long on all the great memories. what happens in vegas... and all that. the one thing i will say is that if you want to have an amazing time in the playground for adults, bring a bunch of great friends, eat a lot of fantastic food, and come packing with some desert-friendly spf and an analgesic of your choice (staying at the wynn won't hurt your odds either ;-)
